This may or may not be helpful. I have used Roxen, but on unix not NT
(mostly FreeBSD to be exact). The performance with Roxen 1.3 is not as
good as Apache, but it is a lot easier to configure -- particularily the
SSL. Roxen SSL is a breeze.
Roxen claims that the 2.0 version has much better performance but I have
never used it.
Also since it was originally developed for Unix I would imagine that the
performace on NT would not be as good.
So I would go with Roxen if performance is not that big a deal and you are
looking for something GPL'd that is nice and easy to set up and maintain.
If performance is an issue use Apache on Unix and hire a good webmaster.
