Last year, approximately 800 students attended the UBC Computing Careers Fair. We anticipate even more will attend this year. The event is targeted towards students in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and MIS Commerce.
Fee: $1000 per company - this includes 2 representatives, a parking pass for the day (at the Rose Garden Parkade), a 6' x 10' booth, and a full page ad in the event booklet. Coffee and baked goods are supplied in the morning and lunch is also provided. The event ends with a wine and cheese party to which the companies are invited. The number of companies is limited to around 25.
At VanLUG's suggestion, we will allow two companies to make arrangements to share a booth. However, they must also share the parking pass and such. Companies should notify us that they have reached such an arrangement when they register.
