(OT) Where to buy network cabling supplies?

I'd like to buy a spool of UTP cable, RJ-45 jacks, and a
crimping tool. I thought I'd seen a good source mentioned
here at some point, but couldn't turn it up in the
archives. Could anyone recommend a supplier?
