I have Rh7 installed and was having the RX Buffers full error messages with
my eepro100 card. Reading the solution and cause of this on Rh7.0 has made
me go back to 6.2. If I remember correctly the gcc on rh7.0 is beta code
and the kernel souce installed on the system is not the same as was compiled
to build the kernel.. Fun fun
