Who should attend?

 - Anyone interested in taking on responsibility for
   completing a key task in preparation for COMDEX
   Canada West

(Note that a general briefing for other volunteers will
 be given at the February VanLUG meeting)

Purpose:

 - Start the 50-day countdown to COMDEX Canada West.

 - Ensure that all major responsibilities have been assigned
   and that backup and contingency plans are in place.

 - Discuss the highlights and broad framework as a group before
   retreating to e-mail, telephone, and private discussion to
   work out the details during the coming weeks.
