I think that I mentioned before that I'm working on zICQ.
Do you have any advice for designing it?
It seems to work relatively well, but I would like to allow it to use any
text editor to create messages, then send them. I'm sure that I could use
system(), but due to the nature of ICQ, would you think that that is
practical, or would you recommend that I just stick with what already
works? Also, someone mentioned to me that there are security issues with
system(). Is this true?
I wanted to use "less" for displaying history and the person's info. So I
figured that system() would be most useful. However, I'm using ncurses,
and I'm not too familiar with it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
