Yes Douglas, as someone present during all three days, I can tell you
that you are certainly not alone in your criticism. Many people I
spoke with were disgusted with our preparation organization and
performance. Some people I spoke with demanded a heavy duty post
mortem with an eye to improving our presence at future shows. As the
sales of the CDs attest there is plenty of interest in linux at the
user level and the number of volunteers staffing the booth reflects
the commitment of many Vanlug members. We have to identify the
problems that defeated our best efforts, resolve them and move forward
to the next show. Is this going to happen? I hope so.
