Hello,
        Yesterday morning i woke up to find that i had no access to the internet.
When i called Shaw they said that at about 3:00 am they changed my area from
static ip to a dynamic one. I installed pump and i checked the dhcp box and
also deleted all the ip addresses in linuxconf. I restarted network and
behold i had the connection back. Just wanted to pass on this information for
the benefit of others. By the way i run Mandrake 7.2.
