i watched the entire presentation ( i assume this is
the same one ). I too was disappointed at the level of
professionalism involved. Mr. Vickery did not seem
well rehearsed, and there were a number of factual
errors on his part.
a friend of mine had a good point though - he pointed
out that while either he or i are capable of doing
perhaps a more professional / topical presentation, we
weren't the guys up there volunteering our time doing
it. Douglas - if you would like to see linux presented
in a different way at the next tech trade show that
hits town, perhaps you should volunteer to do one
yourself.
