Not sure if I follow you, it sounds like you are talking about webhosting as
opposed to co-location facilities.
I can't imagine any provider offering unlimited bandwidth for a co-location
setup. Seems just the thing for Bulk Mailers or Porn Sites though. Mind you I
have no direct experience with co-location so I am just musing here...
