That was the exact point I was trying to make, unless the colo facility/isp
is getting unlimited bandwidth from their upstream provider (about as likely
as a snowball surviving in hell<g>), there is no way they could offer
unlimited bandwidth to all customers AND have a decently running (not
oversaturated network) AND make money all at the same time. You know the
saying, "You want it all? Well pick the 2 of 3 that are most important to you
and that's what you get."
