Can some kind soul with either adsl or cable access up
24/7 give me limited access to their linux system?
What I need to be able to do is to telnet from an outside
system into my tcp/ip amateur packet radio system now and then,
in order to check things out from a user perspective.
As well, I need to be able to ping various hosts and use the 'host'
command. I would always be accessing your system from the same static
44 net address.
No problem restricting my access to only my home directory,
and not having 'x' privileges, etc.
If you feel comfortable doing this, you can e-mail me
privately.
Thanks,
jerome
