I used to do Tech Support for I used to do Tech Support for Rogers@Home, and my general reaction to people
running Linux was "Right on!" ... Most (=~ 95%) of the techs would freeze if
a customer mentioned Linux. Officially, they are not allowed to help you,
and should ask you if you have a Win9x/ME/2k or Mac box you can plug the
modem into.
I know this sucks, but so does @Home, and it's their rules :)
