Hi, all.

We're going to meet again tonight in Brock Hall Annex Room 362, 7-9 pm to
prepare for COMDEX.

Objectives:

- finalize our booth design and layout (at least, the design of record) so
that we can solicit input from CLUE, VLUG, FVLUG, and others

- make up (and, where possible, assign) a list of action items

            - backdrop posters

            - brochures

            - booth fittings (tables, chairs, et al.)

            - demo hardware

            - demo software

            - corporate sponsorship (local)

            - corporate sponsorship (major)

            - booth staffing

            - finances

            - liason with CLUE and COMDEX
