Hi, all.

We're going to hold our last COMDEX/Steering Ctte Meeting before Christmas on
Wed, Dec 16, 1998 at UBC Brock Hall Annex 362.

Topics to be discussed include:

     * corporate sponsorship
     * VanLUG incorporation
     * preparations for COMDEX
        * video
        * brochure
        * backdrop
        * booth furnishings, incl. carpet & plants
        * hardware
        * briefing notes

As usual, all are welcome to attend.

We've noted that many people have been coming to these meetings straight from
work. In order to show our appreciation to the group for their efforts over
the past several weeks (and especially at this time of year), Bill Gillespie
and I are offering to bring pizza. If you're in, please RSVP to Bill so we'll
know how much to bring.
