I'm glad you asked that :-)

The next VanLUG steering committee meeting will be held on Wednesday,
February 10, 1999 in Brock Hall Annex, Rm 362. Our meetings are open to
all: Anyone may attend and contribute to the discussion.

1. Anyone wishing to propose additional agenda items should contact me
ASAP.

2. A meeting summary will be posted to the VanLUG mailing list shortly
afterwards.

     1. COMDEX wrapup

         - statement of revenue and expenses

         - lessons learned

         - plans for next year

     2. Status of VanLUG incorporation

         - submission of application

         - treasurer's report

     3. Plans for the VanLUG Presentation to UBC CS
         on 25 Feb 1999

     4. Other business.
